In order to protect your systems even better, we now require a support PIN for telephone support requests from people who do not know our employees personally. You must generate a Support PIN in your customer centre and can give it to us when you call our support team. This ensures that only authorised persons can submit support requests.
Proceed as follows to generate a support PIN.
Log in to the customer center.
|On the left side you will find the box Support PIN. Click there on the corresponding icon to generate a new PIN.|
|The generated PIN is displayed immediately. Now call our support hotline and tell us your PIN for authentication.|
